The standard installation of Nero 8 does not automatically install InCD.
Follow the step below to install InCD.
In Nero StartSmart click on the Nero StartSmart logo in the left corner at the bottom and select:
Go through the "Nero Installation Wizard", the application InCD can now be installed by a right-click on the InCD option.

The application Nero BurnRights allows users without administrative rights to burn CDs and DVDs with Nero. The administrator is able to setup user accounts with exclusive burn rights for Nero.
